Refund and Returns Policy

When Do I Qualify For A Refund? 

If you request to cancel your order before your order ships, we'll cancel your order and then issue a 100% refund. That money will reflect in your credit/debit card balance within 2-7 business days.

If your order has already shipped, please reach out to our email (support@tapestrae.com) saying you want to return the tapestry (and also provide a photo showing you received the tapestry). Then, within 24 hours we'll send you a return label you can use to ship the tapestry back to our international warehouse for free. After receiving your tapestry we'll issue a 100% refund, and that money will reflect in your credit/debit card balance within 2-7 business days.
